"The Center of Extreme”
Concept and vision for a new cultural center in Venice
Quo Artis Foundation, April 2018

The Center of the Extreme, the international socio-cultural platform that uses artistic, scientific, and philosophic methodologies to address shared spaces such as Antarctica, World Ocean , and Outer Space or extreme phenomenon.

The experience of the previous expedition is evolving into a more holistic approach of building space for productive cooperation and creation of meaning.

Antarctica and Artica represent the two poles of the earth. The pole, alias, the extreme. The extreme of the world, the extreme of the climate, the extreme temperature and a no-man landscape.

In order to understand the Extreme is important to understand where the word comes from and how has been evolving.
