One of most prominent novelties in Moscow's architectural and urban development practices lately has been the engaged participation of international studios in the city’s signature projects. Moscow now has landmarks designed by such leading international bureaus as OMA, Diller Scofidio + Renfro, Zaha Hadid, and Herzog & de Meuron.
